Ciarán Ferrie wrote an excellent article for Architecture Ireland, the magazine published by the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, talking about the Abhaile Project and how it came about. It was Ciarán’s own research on the untapped potential of existing housing stock that linked him up with Michelle Moore and Dermot Bannon on the Abhaile Project.
