The Abhaile Project team enjoyed an evening of meeting interesting and like minded people at the ISAX Awards event held in the old parliament building on College Green, now Bank of Ireland. The Smart Ageing Innovation Awards are aimed at recognising products and services for people aged 50+. It was a great opportunity to meet other start up businesses and people working with new ideas for older people.

The Abhaile Project was awarded winner of the Smart Ageing Innovation in Homes and Housing; supported by the Housing Agency. The overall winner was the Freebird Club which is a social and travel club for the over 50’s. We wish them and all the other finalists the best of luck and enjoyed meeting everyone.
